Kid Kouture’s products are handmade and most made to order so we encourage our customers to enquire about questions or concerns prior to purchase. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase and we greatly appreciate your business. After receiving your Kid Kouture purchase, if you are not fully satisfied please contact us by email kidkouture@yahoo.com or by phone 563-245-1340 to obtain return approval. You must do so within the first 30 days of receiving your product for a full refund of your purchase price, less shipping. If you do not do so within 30 days, your purchase price will be refunded as a store gift voucher. We must receive the returned product prior to refund. Personalized or custom made items are non-returnable.
